Hello, Hola and welcome, bienvenida! I'm so glad you've found your way here with interest in connecting with me.
Outside of being a student of yoga, I'm a shapeshifting storyteller, cosmic dancer, energy healer and world traveler.
Yoga changed my life and has opened so many doors for me to dive into spirituality, self healing and peace. My practice began 3 years ago at a hot yoga studio in California and since then I've learned from yogis around the world in Thailand, Indonesia, Europe and South/Central America. My eclectic background of experience and knowledge of Eastern healing practices & philosophy gives me the tools and confidence to offer a unique and individualized practice to match your personal intentions.
These hour sessions are yours to practice foundational asanas, deepen your practice, learn yogic philosophy and add some movement into your day.

Yoga "Unity" + Vinyasa "Flow" I combine Breath Work + Guided Meditation + Asana "poses" to strengthen your connection and find unity between your body, breathe and all energy.
My classes are inspired by my international training, connection to nature, music and inner child play! You will be energized, challenged and supported throughout our sessions. My goal is to help you find a state of peace that you're able to cultivate outside of our sessions ~ yogi mindset is a way of living. It has profoundly changed my life and I want to share this practice with whoever is willing to offer their present energy, open heart and good vibes. I hope to connect with you soon!
