I am a passionate and forever student of Ashtanga Yoga . I started my journey back in 2012 in Paris . I give lessons in English French Italian and Hebrew . Ashtanga is an energetic Yoga style characterized by the synchronization of the movement and the breath . The first serie clean the nervous system for the maximum well-being and detox. Everyone can participate to the lessons , the serie can be adapted following students necessity. Deep and intense “workout “ followed by a relaxation to reinstate the calm in our body & mind system. First lesson for free (90’).
