Experienced English Teacher | Personalised & Engaging Lessons
Hello! I'm an experienced English teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience, and I'm passionate about helping students improve their English while becoming more confident in their abilities.
I am a qualified teacher with a permanent position in the Spanish public education system, after successfully passing the competitive teaching examinations. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, teenagers and adults, both in Spain and abroad.
My international experience includes living and teaching in Chicago, where I worked in a high school, as well as spending eight summers in the UK working in English summer camps. I have also worked for more than 10 years in language academies in el Vallès Occidental, mainly helping teenagers and adults prepare for official Cambridge English exams such as PET, FCE and CAE.
I hold a Master's degree in Educational Research and another Master's degree in Gamification, which have helped me develop a teaching approach that combines solid educational principles with creative and engaging activities.
What can you expect from my lessons?
My classes are personalised, structured and adapted to each student's needs. I don't believe in using exactly the same lesson with every student.
Depending on the student's age, level and goals, we may work on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, writing, pronunciation, schoolwork or exam preparation.
I particularly enjoy working with children and teenagers. I believe that feeling comfortable with your teacher is essential for learning, especially when it comes to speaking a foreign language. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes and learn without feeling embarrassed or judged.
At the same time, I take learning seriously. My lessons are carefully prepared, and every activity has a purpose. I combine explanations and structured practice with games, challenges, conversation, real-life situations and interactive activities, particularly when these help students stay motivated and remember what they have learned.
My goal
I don't want students simply to memorise English for an exam and forget it afterwards.
I want them to understand what they are learning, know how to use it and gradually become more confident and independent.
Whether your child needs support with school English, wants to improve their speaking, needs help preparing for a Cambridge exam or simply wants some extra practice, I will adapt the lessons to their needs.

Hi! I'm an English teacher who loves making English clear, practical and enjoyable.
I believe that learning English should be much more than memorising grammar rules and vocabulary. My goal is to help students understand English, use it in real situations and, most importantly, feel confident when speaking it.
Whether you need help with school, want to improve your grades, prepare for an exam or simply become more confident speaking English, I can adapt my lessons to your needs and level.

I work with children, teenagers, adults and students who want extra support or practice in English, adapting the lessons to their age, level and learning goals.
My teaching style
I like my lessons to be interactive, personalised and varied.
Depending on the student, we may use conversations, games, role-plays, real-life situations, exercises, visual resources, stories, videos or other activities.
I always try to explain things in a simple and clear way, and if something doesn't make sense the first time, I'll find another way to explain it.
I also believe that making mistakes is part of learning. My classes are a safe and supportive space where students can practise English without being afraid of getting things wrong.
What does a typical lesson look like?
A lesson might include:
️ Warm-up
A short conversation or revision activity to get started.
Learn something new
We work on the main topic of the lesson, such as grammar, vocabulary or a communication skill.
️ Practice
We practise together through exercises and activities adapted to the student's level.
Use English!
We put what we have learned into practice through conversation, games, role-plays or real-life situations.
Review
We finish by reviewing the key points and identifying what we should continue practising.
Every lesson is flexible and can be adapted depending on what the student needs that day.
Why choose my lessons?
I am patient, organised, approachable and creative, and I genuinely enjoy helping students make progress.
I don't believe in using exactly the same lesson for everyone. Every student has different strengths, difficulties and goals, so I adapt my explanations and activities accordingly.
My aim is not only to help students improve their English, but also to help them become more independent and confident learners.
And most importantly, I want students to finish their lessons feeling:
"I can actually do this!"
