Hi, I’m Lorraine
Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years, and what started as a personal practice gradually became a way of life and, eventually, my profession.
I’m a 500h certified yoga teacher, trained in both Vinyasa and traditional Hatha yoga in Costa Rica and India. Over the years, I’ve continued exploring pranayama, meditation, yoga therapy, Ayurveda, mobility, sound healing and Thai-inspired bodywork.
My approach is holistic but practical: I believe yoga is not about touching your toes or doing the most advanced pose. It’s about learning to listen to your body, move with more freedom, breathe more consciously and create a little more space, physically and mentally.
I teach in English or French, privately or in small groups, both in person in Tenerife and online.
And because I believe wellness should also feel joyful, I love taking our practice outside whenever possible; in nature, by the ocean, on a terrace or wherever Tenerife gives us a beautiful place to move and breathe.

My approach is simple: help you feel better in your body and leave you feeling more grounded, energized and connected than when you arrived. I create each session around you; your body, your energy, your experience and what you need that day.
Depending on your goals, a session can combine:

Meditation & nervous-system relaxation
Sound healing
Thai-inspired assisted stretching & bodywork
Ayurveda-inspired wellness practices
You don't need to be flexible, experienced or “a yoga person”. We can work together whether you're completely new to yoga or already have a strong practice.
