Acerca de Melany
Learning a new language is not always easy, and I know this from personal experience. Going through the process of learning a second language helped me understand the difficulties, fears, and challenges that students often face.
As a native Spanish speaker, I use this experience to teach Spanish in a patient, empathetic, and supportive way, adapting my lessons to each student’s pace and needs. My goal is to make learning Spanish a positive and motivating experience.
In addition, I have experience supporting language learning by preparing teaching materials for the International Teacher Association, working online with an international context based in Thailand. This experience allowed me to better understand how to adapt content for diverse learners and learning styles.
I strongly believe that languages open doors and that everyone should have the opportunity to learn, regardless of their starting level. As a teacher, my aim is to support students throughout their learning journey and help them gain confidence when communicating in Spanish.

My teaching methodology is based on a natural language learning approach, similar to how children acquire a language. In the early stages, I focus mainly on vocabulary and comprehension, using everyday words and common expressions before going deeper into grammar.
Grammar is introduced gradually, as students gain confidence and begin to recognize basic language structures. This makes the learning process more fluid, practical, and less mechanical.
From the very beginning, I try to connect the lessons with the student’s interests (music, travel, studies, work, hobbies), so that Spanish is associated with positive experiences and becomes more motivating and enjoyable to learn.
