I have more than a decade of experience across multiple sectors, including logistics, customer service, sales, and technical support. I worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Walmart, where I managed coordination, compliance, and effective communication to keep operations running smoothly.
Before that, I spent five years as a Cisco engineer, where I worked with routing protocols, troubleshooting, and problem-solving at a high technical level. I also have over ten years of experience in the BPO industry, handling sales, billing, collections, and customer support.
In addition to my corporate background, I’ve taught English and provided training for several years, both in my own academy and for well-known global companies. This has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and leadership.
I’m a fast learner, comfortable working with new tools and systems, and I type at a high speed with strong accuracy. My English fluency allows me to communicate confidently in professional environments, teach effectively, and interact with clients from different backgrounds.
