Acerca de Xime
Before dedicating myself to this work, I spent several years in the corporate world working as a manager in global teams, in high-pressure environments that required constant performance, structure and responsibility. Over time, this lifestyle led me to experience burnout and a deep reassessment of how I wanted to live.
This personal transition, combined with multiple life changes including moving countries and adapting to different cultures, gave me a strong understanding of what it means to go through change, uncertainty and rebuilding routines from scratch.
Along this journey, I became deeply interested in habits, self-awareness and lifestyle design, and I started integrating these tools into my own life in a very practical way.
Today, I support people who are going through similar moments of transition, overwhelm or inconsistency. My work is based on real experience, not theory — helping people create structure, clarity and sustainable habits in a way that feels realistic and grounded.

How I work is very personal, practical and adapted to each individual. I focus on understanding what is really happening in your life, what feels stuck or overwhelming, and what you would like to change. From there, we create a simple and realistic way forward together.
My work combines open conversation, self-reflection, awareness practices, breath-based regulation and habit-building tools. The goal is not to give generic advice, but to help you see your patterns clearly and translate that awareness into small, sustainable actions.
A typical session starts with a check-in to understand how you are feeling in that moment. We then explore your challenges, habits and goals, and co-create simple steps you can apply in your daily life. Each session ends with clarity and a practical focus for the week.
I work with adults who feel stuck, inconsistent, overwhelmed or disconnected from their routines and goals. Sessions are fully online and always adapted to your needs and pace.
