Acerca de Sarah
For me having a connection to yoga when traveling, and moving to new places has always brought me grounding, and helped me align with my true desires. I believe there is so much value in being able to have this home in your own body, the home we take with us everywhere.
If we are doing our session in person there are more elements I would like to offer as far, as aromatherapy, massage, and environmental setting with candles and acoustic meditations.

As a contemporary dancer and yoga lover I would like to help create a movement flow. If you are looking to work on mindfulness, flexibility, strength, or somatic awareness this is the right place to begin. I believe to journey to self-awareness and self-love shouldn't have to be done alone, and I would love to guide your journey to finding joy in movement.
I completed my somatic yoga teacher training in Veracruz, Mexico in the Summer of 2022, and continue my practice as a Student.
