I met Laura dancing Tango in Buenos Aires and liked her immediately. I knew we would become good friends. She is easy to get along with and interesting to talk to. She is also intelligent, kind and has a big heart.

She invited me to spend Christmas with her and her family because I was away from mine. She was very generous and she gave everybody presents - me included. She is a special person and always makes me feel welcome.

In quarantine my Spanish got worse because I wasn't using it. She offered to teach me online every day for free!!! We spent two hours talking and doing exercises that were inspired by my own interests. Her teaching style is unique as she tailor makes each class to the needs of the student. Because of this it doesn't feel like a classroom at all. It is very safe to make mistakes. She uses all kinds of methods: If you like singing she will give you a song to learn for karaoke; if you like politics she will set you a short essay on an issue. Whatever you are interested in she will notice and give homework about it. She is the best Spanish teacher ever and I highly recommend her.
