¡Perfecto! Luisa is a talented, excellent & really intelligent guitar teacher! She began with teaching me slow exercises which were super helpful in getting a handle on the instrument (almost totally new to me) and to train my hand positions properly. We chose some beginner chords to start with and I really loved her artistic and creative explanations that really resonated with me; that we were creating shapes rather than just "learning chords." For my style of learning this was a much better way to visualize and I think helped me learn the chords much faster than I have ever learned in the past. I've had other teachers who are unwilling to adapt their teaching to your learning style or simply throw information at you with little explanation. However, Luisa is just the opposite. She spends time with me working on what I want to learn/am struggling with and is very encouraging. If you're looking for a guitar teacher you should give Luisa a try. You won't regret it.
